At Graceful Timbers, each sign is thoughtfully handcrafted and often personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept exchanges on personalized, or made-to-order items.

However, your happiness truly matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or repair.

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in grain, knots, and color are part of the beauty and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
